The refund policy of the Chicago Shoe Expo in the event an exhibitor needs to cancel is as follows:

1. We will refund full fees if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to the show.
2. We will refund 50% of the fees if the cancellation is made 15 to 44 days prior to the show.
3. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the show.
